Our Story

Al-Fredrick’s Return was founded by Ms. Veronica Williams, who was inspired to help others after the tragic loss of her son, Al-Fredrick. She has spent more than 20 years raising awareness, volunteering, and bringing communities together to help those who are involved in gang violence and or any male or female needing mentoring and re-entry assistance.

Now, Veronica uses her professional and personal experience to help those in prison or those who are coming out of prison and need to reacclimate to society. She does this by working with various facilities such as:

  • Drug Treatment Facilities,
  • Transitional Housing Facilities,
  • Halfway Houses,
  • Healthcare Facilities,
  • Startup for Gang Renouncements,
  • And supportive mentoring programs for females in prison and dealing with reentry.

Speaking

If your organization is seeking a keynote or presentation on the impact of gang involvement—including domestic violence and drug and alcohol recovery—Veronica Williams travels nationwide to educate audiences. She provides insight on how to effectively support individuals who are incarcerated or reentering society and are committed to changing their lives.

Training & Consulting

Whether you work in a drug treatment center, healthcare facility, or community organization, we provide expert training and consulting to help your team support individuals impacted by gang involvement, domestic violence, and drug and alcohol recovery. From program development to staff education, we equip your organization with the tools and strategies needed to guide those in your care toward a better path forward.

We also help connect individuals to trusted vocational and reentry programs—such as HVAC, truck driving, and other skilled trades—so they can gain the practical skills needed for long-term success and independence.
